Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Quiet Nights Method products, sold by Hashtag Hamburg GmbH, Überseeallee 1, 20457 Hamburg, Germany ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products

Our products are digital guides in PDF format, delivered online immediately after purchase. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own household use. You may print the materials for personal use but may not resell, share or publish them.

2. Not medical advice

Our products provide general educational information about infant and toddler sleep and parental wellbeing. They are not medical advice and do not replace your pediatrician or healthcare provider. Always follow safe sleep guidelines. Results vary from family to family and are not guaranteed.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Some prices are launch prices available for a limited number of purchases. The number of remaining spots shown on our pages reflects actual sales.

4. One-click offers after purchase

When you complete your order, your payment method is securely saved with Stripe so that you can add optional offers shown directly after your purchase with a single click, without re-entering your card. You are only charged for an offer if you actively click to accept it. Every accepted offer is confirmed on screen and by email.

5. Payment plans

Some offers are available as payment plans (for example 2 × $77). The first payment is charged immediately and the remaining payments are charged automatically every month to the saved payment method until the plan is complete. Payment plans end automatically after the last installment; they are not subscriptions.

6. Refunds

All products are covered by our 60-Day Quiet Nights Guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@quietnightsmethod.com; we respond quickly and will make it right.

7. Access

Access to your products is provided through our members area and/or our course platform. Please keep your login email safe. We may update the materials to improve them.

8. Liability

We provide our products with care but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
