Data we collect

Contact and order data: your name, email address, the products you buy, order amounts and dates.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details directly; we only receive limited information such as the card brand and last four digits.

Usage and marketing data: pages visited, how far you watch our video, the ad or link that brought you to us (for example UTM parameters and ad click IDs), IP address, browser type and a random visitor ID stored in your browser.

Communication data: emails you send us and whether you opened or clicked our emails.

Why we use it

To deliver your products and give you access (performance of our contract with you).

To process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal accounting obligations.

To send you emails about your program and occasional offers; you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

To measure and improve our advertising and website, including reporting purchases to our advertising partners so ads are shown to people likely to find them useful.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security and email routing), Mailgun (sending emails), Whop (course platform and advertising measurement; Whop may forward conversion events to Meta Platforms). These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Some are located in the United States; where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember where you left off in our video, and measure which ads lead to purchases (via the Whop pixel). You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

How long we keep data

Order and invoice data for as long as required by tax and commercial law (up to 10 years). Marketing data until you unsubscribe or object. Other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and to object to processing, including for direct marketing. California residents may request information about and deletion of their personal information; we do not sell personal information for money. To exercise your rights, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
